Baking Fall Breads!
*Zucchini Bread & Banana Nut Bread below the pumpkin spice bread recipe!
Pumpkin Spice Bread Recipe
2 Cup of all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 small box of Vanilla Pudding
1 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of salt
1 tsp of nutmeg
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of Vanilla extract
1 15oz can of Pumpkin puree
2 sticks of unsalted melted(room temperature) or softened butter
2 eggs
1 cup of water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 2 loaf pans with cooking spray.
In large mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add pumpkin puree, water, vanilla extract, and eggs. Mix well.
Pour contents in loaf pans and bake approximately 50 mins. Use toothpick to test to make sure loafs are done. Stick toothpick in the center of loaf and the toothpick comes out clean it’s done.
- To make Zucchini Bread , substitute pumpkin puree with 1 grated Zucchini and delete nutmeg and add another teaspoon of cinnamon.
- To make Banana Nut Bread, substitute Pumpkin Puree with 2 mashed bananas and a cup of chopped walnuts and delete the nutmeg and add an additional teaspoon of cinnamon.
